Processing & Tracking
Before the parcel moves
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. A shipment confirmation is sent once your order ships, and tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Returns
30 days on eligible items
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
Final sale items, gift cards, customized or personalized items, and items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, scented or missing original tags are not returnable.
Unopened fragrance may be eligible under the standard return conditions. Opened, sprayed, used or otherwise scented fragrance is not eligible except where required by law or when it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
To request a return or exchange, email support@melato.ca with your order number, the item and the reason for return. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
Local Pickup
Ottawa
Free local pickup is available when offered at checkout. Pickup orders are prepared within 2 business days and instructions are sent when the order is ready.
